Identify of Mathematics Object in Immediate Environmet

At this moment, mathematics is one of the lesson which considered difficult and uninteresting. Besides there’s many abbreviation which have to remember by student, sometimes, the teacher also have decrease ability when explain the contents of mathematics. The methods or ways exactly when delivery the contents of lesson, in particular for the first class, it will so help the students to pervade the contens of mathematics which learned. The delivery methods which to do have to agree with growth and development of student’s comprehension so that students not feel heavy to learn.

One of methods which can help the student in mathematics learning, in particular for the first class, by use the object in immediate environment. Accompanying that’s way, student’s comprehension about mathematics will so easy and mathematics will be one of the lessons which so interesting and gratify to learned by all the students. There is examples concept of mathematics learning which so close by world of the first class student :

There’s a motorcycle parking place for the teacher at school. In the right parking place, there’s three motorcycles and in the left parking place, there’s five motorcycles. So that, amount of motorcycles in the parking place are five.

In one of school, there’s six classroom, one teachers room, one headmaster room, two toilets, one storeroom, one art room and one music room. So, the amount rooms of that school are thirteen.

In the school, there’s six class teachers, one sport teacher and one faith teacher. So that the amount teachers of that school are eight teachers.

In the schoolyard, there’s two banyan trees, one bcaken tree, three palm trees and one orchid tree. So, the amount trees of that schoolyard are seven tree.

Yesterday, there’s ten palm trees on the edge of highway. But, today just left six palm trees. So that, the amount of palm trees which felled are four trees because ten trees minus six trees.

Budi’s father have three brothers. The first brother has three childrens, the second brother has one children and the the third brother has two childrens. So that, Budi has six cousins.

Maybe that’s the examples of the ways to teach the first class student about mathematics so mathematics will be the interesting and easy lesson. To get maximum learning, not only need the teacher ability, but also need the method and student ability in learning procces. Thank’s for the thought which accompany me.
